Dr Marilyn Hubner is a faculty member at the University of Fredericton in Canada and Managing Director of BuildUp Research in Australia. After spending more than 15 years consulting and delivering training, adult education and safety programs for organisations across construction, manufacturing, service and utilities industries, Marilyn knows what truly drives effective training and safety performance —and it’s not ticking the legislative compliance box.
