Since forming Well Working Matters in 2013, Graham has been working with, and influencing, individuals and organisations in both return to work and the development of absence management processes and procedures: a key part of this is the training of line managers and HR staff in safe and sustainable return to work techniques. Well Working Matters holds the licence to deliver NIDMAR training for those wishing to gain experience and recognition in this field.

In 2014 with 18 years experience in absence in disability management Graham led a significant NHS organisation through the CBDMA audit process: helping them become the first organisation accredited to the IDMSC standards in the UK.

Graham has worked with Scottish National Health Service since 2010 building trust and recognition in the CDMP designation by 2019 his commitment, determination and personal perseverance gain the support of senior leaders in Scottish government have now embraced the return to work/disability management strategy to build knowledge and improve personal outcomes for people with disability across the country a five year programme of training 300 individuals has commenced.
