Kiran Kapoor is VP, Market & Product Innovation with Workplace Safety & Prevention Services (WSPS), a health and safety association in Ontario that provides health & safety expertise, insight and solutions for creating healthy work environments to businesses, large and small, in the agriculture, service and manufacturing sectors.

Kiran is a senior leader focused on a data driven approach to inform strategy and business decisions that create customer value and maximize impact. She leads the Market & Product Innovation division that is responsible for strategy and go-to-market planning, business intelligence, product development, marketing, communications, and events.

Prior to her current role, she has worked in both the public and private sector focused on research and program evaluation, stakeholder consultations, and as a consultant building health and safety management systems. She actively participates in speaking engagements at conferences, events, and with academic programs.
